About

Established in 2008 for the purpose of fostering the next generation of literary translators, LTI Korea’s Translation Academy offers four courses: Regular Course, Night Course, Translation Atelier, and Media Translation Course. From the Autumn Term of 2023, the Media Translation Course will be integrated into the Regular Course, and the academy will therefore offer three courses in total: Regular Course, Night Course, and Translation Atelier. By the end of 2022, the academy had turned out more than 1,300 students, many of whom now work as translators of Korean literature and cultural content.
